Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome,

My name is Ludmilla, and I want to begin by congratulating you on taking this meaningful step toward becoming the strongest version of yourself. Seeking therapy is an act of courage and self-awareness — and I’m honored that you’re considering allowing me to be part of your journey. My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about the human mind and a heartfelt desire to help people live fuller, more connected lives. Over the years, my education and experience have shaped my understanding of the intricate relationship between the body, mind, and emotions — and the unique support each person truly needs to thrive. I am passionate about helping you uncover your strengths, rediscover your voice, and cultivate emotional balance. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or direction, I am here to support your personal growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults who are healing from trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, and adjusting to life’s many transitions. My therapeutic style is rooted in Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Strengths-Based approaches to support lasting growth and change.

My work is holistic and integrative — drawing from developmental, biological, and psychological perspectives. I strive to create a space that is safe, compassionate, honest, and nonjudgmental, where you can explore challenges at your own pace and begin to reconnect with your inner resilience.

What you can expect from me

During our first meeting, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin to get to know one another. This initial conversation lays the foundation for a collaborative, supportive partnership built on trust and understanding.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey of healing and growth.
