Great to meet you!

I'm Lydia, a licensed clinical social worker specializing in perinatal mental health and neurodivergent adults. I work best with women and mothers who are navigating big transitions and are ready to understand themselves differently. My approach is warm, strengths-based, and collaborative.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach that's grounded in CBT, narrative therapy, and attachment-based work. I'm especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients and new or expecting moms — people who often know something feels off but haven't had space to figure out what. Therapy with me is practical and relational. We'll work on real things happening in your real life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly me getting to know you — what's bringing you in, what's felt hard, and what you're hoping for. I'll ask questions but I'm not going to rush you through a checklist. By the end we'll have a sense of where to start and whether we're a good fit.
