Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I have a Masters in Social Work from New York University. I have over 10 years of experience as a social worker, and I have worked with a wide variety of clients from children and adolescents through older adults. I have experience in outpatient therapy, inpatient psychiatry, mental health, addictions, and research. I have a special interest in women's health and issues, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

My approach to therapy

My greatest strengths as a provider are my compassion and my ability to create a warm and nonjudgmental environment. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is of the utmost importance, and creating an authentic and collaborative relationship with my clients is always my goal. Therapy is not one size fits all and I take an individualized approach in my practice.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will get to know each other in a safe and nonjudgmental space. We will discuss what brings you to seek therapy and discuss ways in which we can work together to accomplish your goals. Therapy can help you develop coping skills, enhance interpersonal relationships, and gain a greater understanding of your life. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment in which we can explore what matters to you most.
