Great to meet you!

I believe in helping people heal from emotional pain, so they can live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. I am a husband, a father, and a believer in God. I am not a guru with all of the answers; I am a therapist whose job is to help you feel better on your own terms through increased self-awareness. Additionally, I am able to empathize with a lot of my clients on a personal level because I specialize in treatment areas in which I have personal experience.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is experiential, evidenced based, and focuses on helping clients increase awareness within the present moment.

I am certified in Gestalt Therapy, and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Learn more about these approaches by visiting the websites below.

What you can expect from me

Couples and family members can expect to take away an increased level of emotional safety and secure connection within their relationships. Individuals can expect to finish therapy with an increased level of self awareness that will better enable them to satisfy their own unmet needs during emotionally challenging moments.
