Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Lynda Romero. I have 13 years of experience working in the field of mental health and relationship counseling. I specialize in working with adults who are grappling with issues such as self-sabotage, trauma, anxiety, poor communication, and unhealthy coping skills. I also provide support to couples and individuals navigating relational betrayal. I have received training in the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I aim to maximize the benefits of each session with my sincere focus and commitment to deep understanding.

In practice I gently welcome all emotions to a safe space and offer hope for healing any parts that are willing to heal and I empower the self of the client to participate in this process as they are comfortable. I believe all emotional pain can be healed as it is heard and cared for by the present day self of the client.

What you can expect from me

Clients can anticipate a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where they can work towards healing, growth, and improved emotional well-being.
