Great to meet you!

I have been working with adults and children in various social work capacities for over 30 years. In 2010 I opened my own clinical practice and have learned and benefited as much from my clients as I believe they have benefited from me by continuing to update my training, being fully present, respectful and supportive in each session and honoring each individual's unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy is to provide you with tools and techniques that will empower you to maintain stability, motivation and health even after our work together ends. I will introduce you to both traditional practices and practices that help you to access your own wise wisdom that we each hold inside of us.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I look to get to know a little bit about you and learn as much as you feel comfortable sharing. We will review the policies that assure your confidentiality and safety as we begin our work together. You will have time to ask any questions about my specific training and experience, and I'll explain how together we will develop a treatment plan that provides you with clear but flexible goals and outcomes that will guide our work.
