Great to meet you!

If you are navigating life's challenges and looking for a convenient, secure way to heal, online therapy can help you find a clear path forward. I specialize in helping adult clients manage anxiety, depression, professional burnout, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is highly collaborative, direct, and tailored to each person, depending on what you need. In our virtual sessions, we will work together to understand your behavioral patterns, deconstruct limiting beliefs, and cultivate sustainable, trauma-informed coping strategies that fit seamlessly into your schedule. I strive to create a warm, focused, and secure space where you feel genuinely heard and empowered.

In addition to my online work with adults, I provide dedicated support to children and adolescents navigating developmental obstacles or life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative, active partnership built on a foundation of safety and trust. My clinical style is direct yet deeply compassionate, focusing on helping you connect the dots between past experiences and current behavioral patterns. Because every individual faces unique obstacles, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I pull from evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities to help you deconstruct the limiting beliefs or coping mechanisms that no longer serve you. Together, we look at the whole picture—whether that means navigating the fast-paced pressures of modern adult life or supporting a younger client through key developmental milestones.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about taking a deep breath and getting comfortable. Starting therapy can feel a bit nerve-wracking, so my main goal is to create a relaxed, pressure-free space where you feel safe and heard. Think of this first meeting as a casual 'get-to-know-each-other' session. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, look at the challenges you are currently facing, and discuss what you hope to get out of our time together. We will also start mapping out a personalized plan and exploring strategies that feel right for your unique situation. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet, and you only have to share what you are comfortable sharing. By the end of our first call, we will have a clear, realistic game plan for moving forward together at a pace that works for you.
