Hi there. I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has been practicing the last 17 years. I truly believe everyone can benefit from therapy and consider this work impactful to all. I feel my compassion and empathy for my clients during their time of difficulty and or need are highlighted strengths. I offer these with a healthy balance of accountability, directness and genuine care. I specialize in anxiety disorders, as well as family and couples work.

Beginning this journey is no easy fete, as it's never easy to acknowledge or ask for help. I consider myself lucky to be the one to help you through your toughest moments and guide you to a path of mental well being.
