Great to meet you!

You do not have to figure everything out alone. You deserve to feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life. I am an open, understanding, and out of the box thinker who believes in helping you recognize your strengths and build a foundation you can stand on. I work especially well with parents and families, with experience in infant mental health, family therapy, crisis management, and supporting children with emotional disturbances. I became a therapist because people have always trusted me with their stories, and I genuinely love helping people feel better. My goal is to create a space where you can authentically be yourself without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I take a solution focused, strengths based, and trauma informed approach tailored to you. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and practical strategies, I help you better understand patterns, manage anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and PTSD, and develop tools that support lasting change. I will meet you where you are while helping you discover what is already within you to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and creating a comfortable space where you feel heard. You can expect an open conversation without pressure or judgment, along with thoughtful questions that help us identify your goals and strengths. Together, we will begin building a foundation for change while making sure therapy feels genuine, practical, and centered around you.
