Great to meet you!

You may have spent so long caring for others, managing responsibilities, or pushing through difficult circumstances that you've lost touch with your own needs. When stress, grief, trauma, or emotional exhaustion become overwhelming, it can feel like life has been reduced to simply getting through the day. I work with adults, seniors, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, women's issues, ADHD, chronic illness, and maternal mental health concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves and the people they love, struggling to find meaning, balance, or joy. I have a special passion for supporting military families and families with special needs, recognizing the unique challenges they face. My goal is to provide a space where you can pause, heal, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in helping clients move beyond survival mode and reconnect with what matters most. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, Gestalt Therapy, Art Therapy, Seeking Safety, and Solution-Focused Couples Therapy to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and goals. Together, we'll explore the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, or relationship difficulties while developing practical tools that support healing and lasting growth. I believe therapy should do more than reduce symptoms—it should help you reconnect with your strengths, discover a renewed sense of purpose, and create meaningful change in your relationships and everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, empowering, and collaborative environment where you feel safe exploring difficult emotions and experiences without judgment. I strive to create a supportive space where you can show up authentically and move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll work to develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges while helping you reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful while strengthening your relationships and restoring a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. You don't have to stay in survival mode forever, and meaningful healing is possible.
