Great to meet you!

Hello! I am glad you found your way here.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist. I have extensive training in treating depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. I specialize in treating individuals with life stressors/transitions, loss/traumatic events, infidelity and relationship issues. I work with adults 18 and over.

My approach to therapy

I start where you are. We all have a different story with our own unique world-view. I begin with a comprehensive assessment to identify your strengths and your desire for change. Together, we will decide if this is a good therapeutic fit. If so, we will establish our plan to partner in helping you find peace and balance in your life.

What you can expect from me

I view our therapeutic relationship as the foundation of a positive outcome for you. I value establishing trust, genuineness, empathy and a safe place to share and heal.
