Great to meet you!

Whether you are checking out my profile because you are just curious, or ready to make the first step in your counseling journey...Welcome! As your therapist, I strive to offer a warm, inviting, non-judgmental environment where you can share your information. I have over 25 years of combined experience and believe there is always more to learn. If you just can't shut off the thoughts, are in pain, feel stuck, don't know what you need, yet know you want help, I will meet you where you're at!

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach, unique to the clients I serve. Individuals are inherently good and experiences do not define us. You should feel valued and validated. I am a Catholic-Christian trained therapist, yet do not project my beliefs. You decide how much, if any, faith is incorporated in your sessions. I believe a holistic approach, looking at how life incidents affect our brain and body connection is a most effective treatment. I treat substance and mental health issues.

What you can expect from me

I will provide education and support as you develop inner strength in pain and adversity. This fortitude will help you build resilience to move forward and find solutions to live a more hopeful life. Each session, you will learn something new, such as perspective, information, or a new coping skill. We will work together on goals and treatment to empower you to make the most progress throughout your journey.

I look forward to meeting you! Give me a call and let's see if we're a good fit!
