Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinician with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through stress, life transitions, and the challenges of everyday wellbeing. My background spans clinical practice, coaching, and organizational wellness, giving me a well-rounded, practical approach to mental health. I work from a clinically-informed perspective while keeping our work grounded, relational, and accessible. I see clients virtually, which allows us to connect in a way that fits comfortably into your life. Whether you're navigating change, managing stress, or simply seeking support, I'm here to help you move toward greater clarity and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens within a safe, trusting relationship. Drawing on more than 20 years of clinical experience, I integrate DBT, attachment-based, and somatic approaches to help you build practical skills, understand the patterns shaping how you think and feel, and reconnect with your body and yourself. Together, we'll set goals that fit your life, whether that means managing stress, navigating transitions, or healing from difficult experiences. My hope is that you leave our work feeling more grounded, resilient, and connected.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can share what's bringing you to therapy at your own pace. We'll talk through your history, current concerns, and what you're hoping to gain, and I'll answer any questions you have about how I work. By the end, we'll begin shaping a few initial goals and a sense of direction for our work together. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the path ahead.
