My approach to therapy

My therapy style is warm and interactive, enthusiastic, fun and humorous when appropriate. I am honest and straightforward, respectful, sensitive, and compassionate. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical, mindfulness, psychodynamic and trauma informed therapy. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that will focus on your unique needs and specific circumstances.
