Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lynn Wolf, CNM, PMHNP-BC, a Certified Nurse Midwife and Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s mental health across the lifespan. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care that honors the connection between mind, body, and hormones.

My approach integrates psychotherapy, medication management, and holistic support to help women navigate life transitions — from adolescence and fertility to postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond. I believe healing begins with being truly seen and understood, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative space for every patient.

Together, we’ll work toward balance, clarity, and renewed emotional well-being — one step at a time.
