I have many years experience in a variety of settings as a licensed clinical social work and mental health therapist. My training includes a masters in clinical social work and doctorate course work in marriage and family therapy. I provide support and mental health counseling to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues.

I walk beside my clients working toward client goals by using evidenced based practices aimed at helping my clients overcome these struggles in order to move forward as their best possible self.
