Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, or the weight of major life changes on your own. As a bilingual therapist providing therapy in both English and Spanish, I help teens and adults (16–65) find practical ways to manage emotional challenges while honoring the cultural experiences that shape who they are. I have nearly 20 years of experience working in hospitals, community mental health, schools, emergency departments, and outpatient settings, and I'm especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating immigration-related stress, cultural identity, bipolar disorder, grief, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique story—not like a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with psychodynamic therapy to help you understand both the thoughts and the deeper patterns that influence your emotions and relationships. Together, we'll build practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change while respecting your personal values, culture, and life experiences.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what's bringing you to therapy. I'll listen carefully to your concerns, learn about your goals, and answer any questions you have about the process. Together, we'll create a plan that feels personalized, supportive, and achievable so you leave with greater clarity and confidence about the path ahead. If you're ready to start feeling more like yourself, I invite you to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
