Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, are navigating big life changes, or are figuring out who they are and how they want to show up in relationships. Some are also working through past experiences that still feel heavy or unresolved. As an openly queer therapist, I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and creating a space where you don’t have to filter yourself. Therapy with me focuses on helping you make sense of what you’ve been carrying and move toward a life that feels more grounded and authentic.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I create a chill space to slow down, understand your emotions better, and notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I show up as my full self, and I want to help you do the same. In our work together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and how your life can better reflect those values.

What you can expect from me

The connection between therapist and client is the most important part of therapy, so I always start with a free 15-minute consultation call to see if we’re a good fit. The first session is truly just getting to know more about you and what brings you to therapy at this time (plus some important logistics).
