Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so it is important to me to make it feel as approachable and comfortable for you as possible. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in mental health across crisis, community, and outpatient settings. I work with adults who are struggling to manage stress, regulate their emotions, or simply feel like themselves. Anxiety is one of my primary specialties—I understand how exhausting it can feel when your mind won’t stop racing, when you’re constantly on edge, or when everyday tasks start to feel impossible. I can help support you with learning how to manage anxious thoughts and feelings so you can find a greater sense of peace.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in authenticity. I care a lot about creating a space that feels real — where we can be thoughtful and deep, but also laugh when it makes sense. I aim to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself, feel understood, and begin to untangle what is keeping you stuck.
In our first session, the most important thing is getting to know each other and beginning to build a genuine connection. I’ll ask questions about what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, and what you’re hoping might feel different in your life. There will be some structure so I can understand the bigger picture, but I aim for it to feel like a conversation — not an interrogation. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and clearer about how we can work together moving forward.
