Great to meet you!

A defining part of my therapy work is that I provide highly-personalized psychotherapy services for each of my clients. With almost 7 years of experience, I have tailored my focus on trauma and complex trauma in adults. Whether we use EMDR or talk-therapy, it is my goal as a therapist to learn about your story, witness you in your present reality, and help you build a more hopeful future.

My approach to therapy

I have several years of experience working with first responders in major cities and rural communities, as well as active duty service members, veterans, and their spouses. As a military spouse myself, I am proud to offer emotional and mental health support to members of our community. No two minds, hearts, nervous systems, or people are exactly alike - so your psychotherapy experience should be individually tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first appointment will be our intake session, where I will learn more about you and what you're seeking from therapy. I want to create a warm, genuine therapeutic space where you are comfortable sharing your story, learning new skills, and being gently challenged as you grow.
