Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm so glad you've found my profile. I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who values a holistic and integrative approach to your mental health. That means ensuring you have the right medication (if needed), and that your body and mind are taken care of. Together, I think we can significantly improve your quality of life! Please reach out to find out if I'm a good fit for you.

My approach to therapy

We'll start with a thorough history so I can learn more about you. We will review lifestyle, diet, and discuss therapy options. I may recommend lab work to rule out underlying medical conditions that could be contributing to emotional or cognitive symptoms. Then we will work on finding the right medication or supplementation if needed/desired and appropriate dosages.

What you can expect from me

We'll work together to ensure you feel confident in your plan towards a mentally and physically healthy life.
