Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who works with adults navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, grief, or major life transitions. Many of my clients come in feeling stretched thin, restless, or overwhelmed by responsibilities. My role is to give you a space where you don’t have to hold everything together and where you can speak honestly without being judged or rushed.

My background as a school counselor informs my understanding of family systems and long-standing patterns, but my outpatient work focuses on helping adults make sense of their current experiences and move toward a more grounded, sustainable life. I’m calm, steady, and practical in my work, offering support that meets you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I show up as a collaborator, not an expert dictating solutions. My approach is warm, relational, and paced, blending reflective conversation with practical tools that you can use in real time; whether that’s navigating emotional overwhelm, slowing racing thoughts, setting boundaries, or understanding why certain patterns keep showing up.

I focus on helping you make sense of your internal world and reconnect with parts of yourself that have been stretched, neglected, or silenced. My style is grounding and honest: I’ll ask thoughtful questions, reflect what I notice, and help you create changes that feel realistic and sustainable, not forced or performative.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will feel steady, calm, and conversational. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what you hope will feel different, and what support looks like for you right now. There’s no pressure to share everything; we move at the pace your nervous system can handle.

I’ll ask guiding questions to understand your history, current stressors, and the patterns you want to shift. By the end of the session, you’ll have a sense of what our work could look like, how I show up each week, and a small, supportive focus to hold onto between sessions.

My priority from day one is creating a space where you can be honest, breathe a little deeper, and stop carrying everything alone.
