Great to meet you!

As your therapist I welcome the opportunity to offer you support and skills to assist you during these trying times. My approach includes meeting clients where they're at. This means that I empower clients to choose topics and set the pace of sessions without coming in with my own agenda. Working collaboratively, we will identify treatment goals and I will utilize interventions that are supported by research and tailored to your unique needs, neurotype and circumstances.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a strength based perspective while collaborating with you to promote self-fulfillment. I spend time gradually building trust and getting to know you so I can develop a full understanding of your subjective experience so you feel understood and supported. I believe in working with clients to address underlying reasons for their presenting concerns.

What you can expect from me

I have experience working with adolescents through adults with a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodevelopmental differences. I also specialize in prenatal and postpartum mental health, pregnancy, and infertility. Thank you for your consideration!
