Great to meet you!

Life doesn’t always give you time to catch your breath, whether you’re managing

anxiety and depression, moving through a stressful life transition, or facing a chronic

illness or end-of-life diagnosis. For over 12 years, I’ve helped adults and seniors find

steadier ground through anxiety, depression, chronic illness, end-of-life care, and the

stress of young adulthood, in a warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental space. If you’re

looking for a therapist to walk alongside you, I’d love to connect.

My approach to therapy

Every client is unique, with their own experiences, challenges, and story that have

shaped who they are today. My approach begins with understanding and honoring that

individuality, rather than assuming one approach works for everyone. Using cognitive

behavioral, emotion-focused, and solution-focused strategies, we’ll build trust and a

strong therapeutic alliance so we can work collaboratively, better understand your

experiences, and develop an individualized treatment plan together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to meet you where you are, provide support and empathy. I aim to begin building trust and creating a safe, nonjudgemental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. I want to take the time to listen and understand your experiences so that we can begin working together towards your individual goals.
