Great to meet you!

My name is Madison and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting women and adolescents on their journey toward healing and growth. I offer a compassionate and open-minded space where you can feel safe, seen, and heard—whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, unhealed trauma, or the everyday stressors that life brings.

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, and I’m here to walk alongside you as we explore your goals and build a personalized path forward. My approach is both goal-oriented and client-centered, utilizing Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create strategies that work for you, based on your unique strengths, experiences, and needs.

If you’re ready to begin making meaningful changes and gaining clarity in your life, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress or unhelpful behaviors and work on developing practical tools to shift those patterns. Whether it’s challenging negative self-talk, learning healthier coping skills, or reframing difficult experiences, CBT provides a structured and evidence-based framework that empowers clients to take control of their mental health and move toward lasting change. My goal is to make this process approachable and empowering, helping you gain insight while building resilience and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I utilize both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients set clear, personalized goals that foster meaningful progress. Through CBT, we focus on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and building skills to manage anxiety, depression, and stress. This structured, evidence-based approach empowers clients to understand how their thoughts influence their emotions and behaviors and to make lasting, positive changes.

In addition, I incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients clarify their goals, recognize their strengths, and take small, actionable steps toward the future they envision. Rather than staying stuck in the problem, we focus on what’s already working and how to build on those successes. Whether it's improving self-esteem, creating better routines, or managing difficult life transitions, therapy is tailored to your unique needs and built on a foundation of collaboration, hope, and practical tools for growth.
