Great to meet you!

Hey there! My name is Madison, and I have five years of therapy experience supporting people as they grow through life’s challenges, experiences, and stressors. I have worked with many different individuals and believe each person brings a unique story, perspective, and set of strengths to therapy. My goal is to meet you with warmth, understanding, and compassion while creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and comfortable being yourself.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy through a holistic lens, viewing mental health challenges as experiences we all move through at different intensities and stages of life. I use a Narrative Therapy approach and have been influenced by the work of Gabor Maté. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to guide meaningful self-exploration, help you understand your experiences, and support you in reconnecting with your authentic Self.

What you can expect from me

I value creating a therapeutic space that encourages curiosity, grace, and compassion. In our first session, we will focus on building trust and helping you feel at ease as we begin working together. We will explore what brings you to therapy, learn more about your experiences, and identify goals that feel meaningful to you. This first conversation is an opportunity to begin developing a collaborative path forward and decide what support feels right for you.
