Great to meet you!

My ideal client knows something isn’t working—even if they can’t name it. They may feel anxious, numb, overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or burdened by trauma, addiction, grief, or shame. Many carry pain from early relationships that still affects their lives. What matters most is a willingness to show up and go deep. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and emotionally rich. I work best with people ready to explore discomfort, face what’s been avoided, and commit to real, lasting change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in addiction, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship challenges in ages 6 and up. Using somatic, psychodynamic, and experiential approaches, I offer direct, collaborative therapy that helps clients face discomfort, heal deep wounds, and build lasting resilience and self-awareness.

What you can expect from our first session

I understand how hard it can be to face life’s challenges and the courage it takes to seek help. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to explore your story, uncover your strengths, and work toward the change you want. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to walk with you.
