Great to meet you!

I take a collaborative, straightforward approach to care. I will listen carefully, but I will also be honest and provide clear guidance on what I believe will help you improve. I focus on both medication management and practical coping strategies so you’re not just relying on prescriptions but actually building skills that support long-term stability. My goal is to help you feel more in control, more functional, and more confident in your day-to-day life. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—I tailor treatment based on your symptoms, history, and what has or hasn’t worked for you before. I will provide clear recommendations, monitor your progress closely, and adjust treatment as needed to get you the best possible outcome.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized. I take time to understand your full history, symptoms, and goals, then develop a treatment plan that may include medication management, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies. I focus on both symptom relief and improving daily functioning, with ongoing adjustments based on your response to treatment.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will complete a comprehensive evaluation where I get to know your symptoms, history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. We’ll review any past medications or therapy experiences and discuss what has or hasn’t worked for you. I’ll provide initial impressions, answer your questions, and collaborate with you on a treatment plan, which may include medication, therapy recommendations, and practical strategies. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and with a clear next step. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. This is a judgment-free space. Together, we’ll start building a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you.
