I am a dual board-certified psychiatric/ mental health Nurse practitioner and Adult/ gerontology acute care Nurse practitioner with several years of experience providing medical and mental health care. In my experience working with patients from various backgrounds, I have come to the conclusion that even the best of us can experience mental health challenges at any time.

You deserve an experienced, compassionate, trustworthy provider who will listen and help you through these challenges. I am here for you.

I provide care for children, adults, and geriatrics with a variety of mental illnesses, such as Depression, various types of Anxiety disorders, Acute stress syndrome, PTSD, eating disorders, and a host of other mental health issues. I also bring my medical background to my practice and will work with you to achieve therapeutic results.

My style is building a caring and trusting relationship with my clients through 'the whole person approach' to foster balanced physical and mental health, I am just as interested in your physical health, as I am in your mental health.
