My approach to therapy

I provide the following modalities:

  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
  • Solution-focused Therapy
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Psychodynamic Therapy

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and down-to-earth. I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply and move toward a version of life that feels more peaceful and authentic. But more than anything, I meet you where you are. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship struggles, or just the weight of being a person — you’ll be welcomed without judgment.

  • I believe your story matters, even the chapters you’ve been afraid to revisit.
  • I believe the parts of you that feel “too much” or “not enough” are worth listening to.
  • I believe healing looks different for everyone — and we’ll figure out what it means for you, together.

In our sessions, you can expect transparency, warmth, and a real connection — not just nodding and note-taking. We'll explore patterns, unpack stuck points, and build something meaningful from the hard stuff.
