Great to meet you!

Are you currently struggling with substance use and/or considering sobriety? Have you had enough? Maybe you have legal issues, mental health concerns, family and financial stressors, or experience shame and guilt regularly. Perhaps you love someone who struggles with substances and feel like your needs get lost in the mix. I have personal experience with this as my spouse is in recovery. Much of my work centers around adults and their families as they navigate substance use and legal involvement, bringing both clinical skill and grounded real‐world experience. My goal is to help you understand yourself or your situation more deeply while you learn to navigate a healthy life.

My approach to therapy

I create the judgement-free space for you to do the needed work. My style ranges from warm and emotionally present to direct, candid, and accountability‐driven—whatever best serves your growth that day. You feeling safe, seen, and supported is my ultimate goal.

What you can expect from me

Ideal sessions include dialogue, curiosity, and investment from me - you'll never hear "let's unpack that" or "how does that make you feel?" Your anger, tears, colorful language, and negative thoughts are all welcome.
