Great to meet you!

With 14 years of experience in community mental health, I’ve worked closely with individuals and families navigating real-life challenges, trauma, and transformation. I hold an MS in Criminal Behavior and an MSW, which allow me to bring both clinical insight and a deep understanding of behavioral patterns—especially within systemic contexts.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines empathy with evidence-based practices, offering clients a safe space to explore challenges, build resilience, and move forward with clarity. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to uncover your strengths. I use evidence-based modalities tailored to each person’s needs, helping clients process their experiences and reconnect with their inner strengths. I believe therapy is a partnership. Clients often tell me they appreciate my authenticity and unwavering support. I strive to foster a space that’s warm, empowering, and culturally humble—where all identities are respected and you never have to shrink to fit in.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're facing emotional hurdles, navigating systemic barriers, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I offer a collaborative, client-centered space grounded in respect. Here, you’re encouraged to speak freely, explore deeply, and grow at your own pace through evidence-based care. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, empowered, and supported as you work toward meaningful change—whatever that may look like on your unique journey.
