Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in old patterns, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together? You don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship and family stress, major life transitions, and the impact of difficult past experiences.

With more than 14 years of experience in community mental health, I bring a practical, trauma-informed perspective to therapy. I hold both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Science in Criminal Behavior, giving me a unique understanding of how our experiences, relationships, environments, and behavioral patterns can shape the way we think, feel, and respond to the world around us.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and evidence-based. Therapy with me isn’t about being judged or told what you “should” do. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, develop effective coping strategies, and build on the strengths you already have.

I tailor treatment to each client rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on your needs, our work may focus on reducing anxiety and overthinking, processing trauma, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships and boundaries, managing ADHD-related challenges, increasing self-confidence, or navigating significant changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients often appreciate my authenticity, straightforward communication, humor, and unwavering support. I strive to create a space where you can speak openly, ask difficult questions, and show up exactly as you are. All identities and experiences are respected, and you will never be expected to shrink yourself to fit into someone else’s definition of who you should be.

Therapy is a partnership. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more confident in your ability to handle what life brings, and create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting—you just need a place to begin.
