Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, or the everyday stress of balancing life’s demands, therapy can provide a safe, supportive space to slow down, process your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered while building the confidence and skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Together, we’ll build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and help you feel more confident, balanced, and empowered in your daily life.

Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. My hope is to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Whether you’re looking for healing, personal growth, or simply a place to feel heard and understood, I’d be honored to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and DBT-informed therapy, incorporating CBT techniques to fit your unique needs. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you process trauma, regulate emotions, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, any current challenges or concerns, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. I'll also ask questions about your background, relationships, and overall well-being to better understand your experiences and needs.

My goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we'll identify initial goals and begin developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—my role is to help guide and support you wherever you are in your journey.
