Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized mental health care. I’m especially passionate about supporting veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, and other frontline workers who may face unique stressors and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, with a focus on helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your treatment. I believe mental health care should be personalized to your unique experiences, goals, and needs. Together, we’ll explore treatment options and create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with what matters most to you. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can openly discuss your concerns and take an active role in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to treatment, your current concerns, and your goals. I’ll ask questions about your mental health history, medical history, past treatments, and any other factors that may be affecting your well-being. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy recommendations, lifestyle strategies, or referrals when appropriate. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of your next steps.
