Great to meet you!

Do you consider yourself a people pleaser? Is it hard to prioritize yourself without feeling guilty? Do you struggle to say no or tell people how you really feel? Are you trying to heal from emotional wounds from a loved one? Many of my clients say they feel stuck in a difficult relationship with their parent, spouse, or other loved one. They feel the stress, frustration, and resentment building but they "don't like confrontation" so they become exhausted and have little hope that things can change. They suffer from low self-esteem, overwhelm, and indecisiveness.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping women feel more confident and secure in their relationships by learning how to express their needs, set healthy boundaries, and communicate effectively. Many of the women I work with struggle with feelings of stress, frustration, guilt, or self-doubt when navigating relationships, and together we focus on building the skills and confidence needed to create healthier, more balanced connections.

I work with women experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression related to current relationship challenges as well as complicated family histories. Our work may involve exploring long-standing patterns, strengthening self-advocacy, and developing practical tools that support emotional well-being and more fulfilling relationships moving forward.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and continuing your healing journey at your own pace. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. In our work together, you’ll have space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences honestly, while also feeling gently guided and supported.

I truly believe it is possible to feel confident, grounded, and valued while making intentional decisions that help you thrive. Even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain, there is strength within you that we can build upon. My role is to help you reconnect with that strength and develop greater clarity about what you want and need.
