Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience in behavioral and mental health, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with hope, resilience, and purpose. My work is grounded in a Christian worldview and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs.

As an Independent Clinical Social Worker in both WV (LICSW) and MD (LCSW-C), I have a special passion for working with teens and young adults who are facing difficult life situations, major transitions, family conflict, relationship challenges and emotional struggles. I also have extensive experience supporting adults across all stages of life, including older adults and individuals managing chronic health conditions.

My approach to therapy

Areas of Specialization:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • ADHD
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Life Transitions

  • Adolescent and Young Adult Mental Health

As a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I offer specialized support for individuals seeking to better understand and manage ADHD symptoms, improve daily functioning, and build practical skills for success.

I believe healing and growth occur within a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard and empowered. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and focused on helping you identify your existing abilities while developing new tools to overcome challenges and achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

Together we will create a treatment plan that honors your values, builds on your strengths, and supports lasting changes. No matter your struggle, I will provide a safe, supportive environment where you can openly explore your struggles, gain insight, develop practical coping strategies and move toward greater emotional wellness. We will integrate interventions from various evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, CPT, DBT, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Solution-Focused interventions and Strengths Based Therapy. For clients who desire, we will incorporate Christian principles and faith-based perspectives into the process as I believe this can lead to peace, freedom and ultimate healing.

You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I look forward to, and would be honored, to walk alongside you during this journey.
