Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist who leads with curiosity. I’m interested in understanding not only what you’re experiencing, but the patterns, relationships, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped how you move through the world. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself so you can make choices that feel more authentic and intentional.

I bring a warm, genuine, and thoughtful presence to therapy, while also providing clinical guidance and structure. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor our work to what you need, whether that means developing practical tools for managing anxiety or difficult emotions, working through past experiences, strengthening relationships, or navigating a period of change.

Ultimately, I want therapy to give you more space and flexibility in how you respond to life, along with the confidence and tools to move through the world in a way that feels more grounded and true to who you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is curious, collaborative, and intentional. I see therapy as a process of looking beneath the surface to understand the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences that shape how you move through the world, while creating opportunities for meaningful change and new perspectives.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, IFS, and interpersonal therapy, adapting the work to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ll help you examine thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships with greater clarity while developing practical tools you can use outside of therapy. My perspective is also informed by Eastern approaches that emphasize awareness, acceptance, embodiment, and our relationship to internal experience.

I believe meaningful change involves more than simply reducing symptoms. Therapy can be an opportunity to become more connected to yourself, develop greater acceptance of where you are, clarify what matters to you, and learn to move through life with more intention, openness, and flexibility. My role is to provide the clinical guidance, perspective, and tools to help you move toward a more authentic and grounded way of being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to slow down, get to know you, and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll guide the conversation with thoughtful questions while beginning to clarify the patterns and underlying factors that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.

Just as importantly, I want to create a safe, comfortable space where you can be open and feel genuinely heard. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. My role is to help guide the process, offer clinical perspective, and work with you to develop a meaningful direction for therapy.
