Great to meet you!

Hello, seeking therapy is a meaningful step, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I work collaboratively with clients to navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and create lasting, meaningful change. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness, to help you build healthy coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and offer this approach for clients who are ready to process and heal from past trauma.

What you can expect from me

Healing doesn't happen overnight, but you don't have to face it alone. Together, we'll explore what's been weighing you down, uncover your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and empowered to handle life's challenges while creating a future that aligns with your values and goals.
