Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with nearly 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, workplace stress, burnout, career concerns, life transitions, and perinatal and postpartum mental health challenges. I am also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS).

I believe no one should have to carry life’s challenges alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy works best when we work together to understand what is contributing to your distress while also recognizing the strengths you already possess. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we’ll identify patterns, build effective coping skills, and develop realistic strategies that help you move toward lasting change with greater confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and review important aspects of your personal history. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin developing a plan that feels meaningful and tailored to your needs. My hope is that you’ll leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of where we’re headed.
