Great to meet you!

I work with teens, adults, and families who are navigating life's challenges while trying to stay connected to who they are. Many of my clients are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, relationship struggles, school stress, life transitions, or family conflict. Others come to therapy because they feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, stuck, or unsure of what direction to take next.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as yourself without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals while helping you build tools that fit your real life.

As a therapist, I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent individuals and families, including those navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. I also enjoy supporting BIPOC individuals and families and recognize the important role that culture, identity, family experiences, and community play in overall well-being.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

Life can get messy. Sometimes you're trying to support your child, manage stress, navigate relationships, balance responsibilities, or simply make sense of what you're feeling. I work with teens, adults, and families who are looking for a place to slow down, be honest about what's working and what's not, and find practical ways to move forward.

I have extensive experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, and family relationship concerns. I also enjoy working with BIPOC families and understand that culture, identity, and lived experiences matter and should be part of the conversation.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not an interrogation. Together we'll identify strengths, work through challenges, and develop tools that fit your life and your goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about your concerns, goals, strengths, and any important background information that may help me better understand your experiences. There is no pressure to share everything at once or have all the answers.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. I tend to be warm, direct, and collaborative, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation rather than an interview. Together, we'll begin identifying what is working, what feels challenging, and what changes you hope to make. By the end of the session, we'll discuss next steps and determine whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
