Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for over 10 years. I love meeting people where they are at and helping them get to where they want to be. I have found a lot of success with clients who are ready for change - signing up for therapy is the first step. If you are ready, let's begin.

My approach to therapy

My goal as a therapist is helping my client reach their goals to live a more joyful life. I value trust, honesty, and vulnerability in my practice. I want you to know that you can trust sharing all of yourself with me and I will be there for you the entire time. I will be supportive while also addressing patterns that may be holding you back from progress. We can do this.

What you can expect from me

When we first meet, I will introduce myself and help you get to know me. In our first session, I will not expect for you to share your whole life story with me, but if you do, that's great. I want to get to know you and what your goals are for therapy. I will not push you to share more than you are comfortable with. Our first meeting will be goal-oriented.
