My approach to therapy

Christ-centered principles and problem-solving methods are used to assist in the healing process of the client. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy guide clinical interventions.

What you can expect from me

Active listening and asking questions will help establish rapport within the relationship. You will have the opportunity to tell your story. My objective is for the client to leave the session feeling understood. Tools and action items will go home with you to help with difficult situations until the next time we meet.
