Great to meet you!

Welcome to taking the first step in your journey to leading a happier and healthier life. My name is Mandi Lynn, and I am an energetic and eclectic therapist who takes pride in helping clients rebuild their lives and find joy. I specialize in working with teens and adults who have experienced trauma, concussions/TBI’s, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral issues, major life transitions, and women’s health issues.

My approach to therapy

Open communication is key to me in my therapeutic relationship with you. In order to provide clear and concise treatment, I present with a fun, and tactfully direct approach. This allows you to trust that I am being open and honest, so that you feel respected and heard. I am here to listen to you, challenge you, and support you throughout your journey.

What you can expect from me

I believe it is not only important for me to get to know you and your needs, but for you to get to know a little bit about me as we look at sharing your therapeutic journey together. Therefore, I always start with an introductory session where you will get to share your story, and inquire about things that are important to you about me and your treatment. From there we will work together to formulate a treatment plan that allows you to feel safe and comfortable to start your healing journey.
