Great to meet you!

I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and advocacy experience to my clinical work with adults, teens (15+), first responders, military service members, and their families. My background also includes working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as families of homicide victims navigating the criminal legal system, which deeply informs my trauma-responsive and compassionate approach to care. I specialize in treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, prolonged grief, self-esteem challenges, and women’s issues, while providing LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, person-centered approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, believing deeply in every person’s inherent worth and capacity to heal and thrive.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly, being vulnerable, and feeling emotionally safe and supported throughout the therapeutic process.
