My approach to therapy

I am an Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor . I have several years of experience working in the field of behavioral health. . I am a trauma informed therapist, who uses EMDR to assist you with processing traumatic life experiences. I also utilize CBT, DBT as well as multicultural approaches to treatment.

What you can expect from me

I want to help you identify and process self-destructive patterns, adverse events such as traumatic experiences, addictions, psychosocial stressors, grief, emotional dysregulation, mood instability, behavioral problems, and mental health deterioration. We will learn new coping skills to manage life stressors.
