Great to meet you!

Peace of mind is attained not by ignoring problems, but by solving them. — Raymond Hull.

Are you seeking new methods of communication with others as well as to yourself? With two decades of experience, I want to support you in your journey of healing from PTSD, depression, anxiety and situational life struggles.

Also, I offer psychodynamic supervision in the roles of counselor, teacher, and consultant. My approach towards supervision is centered on providing feedback to assist you in developing ethical and theory base interventional methods. I will aid you in connecting with your most genuine self to cultivate language to better identify your own clinical choices.

Let’s work together to ensure that you can grow from our conversations mentally stronger personally and professionally.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Let’s work together to ensure that you can grow from our conversations mentally stronger and able to reestablish your peace of mind. You can have peace of mind, improved health, and an ever-increasing flow of energy.
