Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like you need someone to talk to about your problems or emotions, but hesitate to reach out to friends or family for fear of being judged or not taken seriously? Working with a psychotherapist offers a very different experience—one that is confidential, supportive, and focused entirely on you.

In therapy, we will work together to explore the connections between your emotions, emotional responses, and life’s challenges. Through this process, we will identify patterns and make meaningful changes that support a happier, more fulfilling life.

I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental mental health care to adults, including individuals involved in kinky, polyamorous, power exchange, sex work, and BDSM lifestyles, among others. I strongly believe that everyone deserves access to mental health treatment that is free from judgment, shame, and stigma.

My goal is to help you better understand your emotions and the circumstances that may be creating barriers to personal fulfillment. By learning more about how you think and perceive life's challenges will help you manage obstacles more effectively, and allow you to reach your goals, create and maintain successful relationships and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, warm and supportive. I utilize a combination of treatment modalities depending on what the client needs. I use aspects of strengths-based and relational approaches, and some CBT and Emotion focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

I believe that my clients feel heard and understood during their sessions with me and often feel relieved that they have someone available to them who is there to listen and comment, but to also be thoughtful about what they want to gain from therapy.
