Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with over 10 years of clinical therapy experience. I specialize in working with adults and teens (13+) who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, self-esteem, reoccurring relationship patterns, and the impacts of trauma. Whatever you're struggling with, your experience is real and valid and you deserve the time and space to improve your life. Together, we’ll work to identify patterns, process emotions and experiences, and build practical strategies for coping. My approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques and guided by collaboration and respect.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s goals are unique and deserve an individualized approach. In my work, I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support meaningful and lasting change. My approach is direct but grounded with a trusting relationship in a space where you can feel comfortable peeling back the layers and moving toward the change you seek.

What you can expect from me

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my client-centered approach. I strive to create an inclusive, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you or your teen can dive into challenges, grow, and work toward a more fulfilling life.
