Great to meet you!

You may be looking for a therapist who is both knowledgeable and genuinely easy to talk to. Many people come to therapy carrying more than one concern at a time—depression, anxiety, questions about alcohol or substance use, or challenges related to attention, learning, neurodivergence, or intellectual differences. When these experiences overlap, it can feel confusing or isolating. I work with people who are dealing with several concerns at once and help them build both understanding and practical tools for change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping people navigate overlapping concerns such as mood difficulties, anxiety, and alcohol or substance use, including when these occur alongside attentional, learning, or other neurodevelopment differences. My approach is evidence-based and integrates cognitive-behavioral, motivational, mindfulness-based, and insight-oriented therapies.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to create a space grounded in warmth, respect, and curiosity where you can speak openly about what’s weighing on you. If you’re looking for thoughtful, collaborative care, I welcome the opportunity to connect and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
