Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, I believe that building healthy coping strategies is essential to managing life’s stressors. I understand that reaching out for help can be tough, so you're already making great progress! I've been in practice for over 20 years, and my main focus is working with individuals of all ages dealing with trauma, addiction, and anger management. Together, we can create a path to healing and resilience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions. I draw on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical tools for managing challenges. I specialize in working with individuals facing trauma, addiction, and anger management issues.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of their challenges and practical tools to manage them. My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and gain confidence in navigating difficult situations. I focus on creating a supportive and collaborative environment, where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
